JUDGMENT
1. The present matter has been reflected in the regular cause list since 03.2.2016. However, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 19.2.2016, 24.2.2016 and 03.3.2016. On 3.3.2016, learned counsel for respondents had stated that they had contacted the counsel for the petitioner and informed him about the pendency of the present case, but he had stated that the petitioner had taken the brief back from him. As a result, the respondents had dispatched a letter directly to the petitioner on 24.2.2016, through speed post duly informing him that he should arrange to be present in the Court on 29.2.2016. The aforesaid letter is handed over and taken on record. Despite the same, none is present on behalf of the petitioner.
2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J SUNIL GAUR, J MARCH 09, 2016
