JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for directions to the respondents, in particular respondent No.4/BSF, to convey the result of his review medical examination, conducted in the year
2013.
2. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the respondents had sought time to obtain instructions from the BSF. Today, he hands over a copy of the letter dated 08.06.2013 addressed to IG (HQ), BSF, forwarding the Board proceedings of the review medical examination for the post of CT/GD-2012. He states that as per the Board proceedings held between 21.05.2016 to 2016:DHC:1838 WP(C) 11062/2015 05.06.2013, at BSF Chhawla Camp, New Delhi, the petitioner, whose name features at Sr.No.728 of the Result Sheet, has been declared unfit. A copy of the aforesaid document is taken on record with a copy furnished to the counsel for the petitioner.
3. Counsel for the petitioner states that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
