ORDER

1. As we proceeded to hear arguments counsel concedes that the pleadings are ofthe tangent. So of the tangent are the pleadings that it W.P. (C) 7591/2015 & W.P. (C) 10734/2015 page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:9002-DB \ would be useless to permit amendment. Correct course should be to permit the petitions to be withdrawn with liberty granted to file fresh petitions on the same cause challenging the orders which have been challenged by the petitioners in the two captioned petitions.

2. The two petitions are dismissed, on being permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty granted to the petitioners to file fresh petitioners challenging the respective orders challenged inthetwowritpetitions.

3. Interim stay granted in favour of the petitioners is extended by a period ofthree weeks to enable thepetitioners to file fresh petitions.
