JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition paring down the extraneous averments and enclosing therewith the relevant documents, including a photocopy of the letter dated 2.6.2015, typed version whereof has been enclosed as Annexure P-15 to the petition.
