1. As per the report received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the matter could not be settled.

2. The present petition, merely, seeks expeditious disposal of miscellaneous applications pending before the learned Judge, Family Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that even he has no objection if the above said prayer is allowed.

4. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 23rd instant.

5. In view of the above, and keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with request to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South West, to make best endeavour to dispose of all such miscellaneous applications, as expeditiously as possible.

6. This Court also expects that both the sides would render due assistance and corporation in this regard to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, so CM(M) 754/2025 2 as to enable him achieve such expeditious disposal.
