JUDGMENT
1. The present matter has remained on the regular board since 11.03.2016. The same was taken up for hearing on 15.03.2016, 16.03.2016 and 28.03.2016 but none had appeared for the petitioner. On 28.032016, counsel for the respondents had handed over a copy of the letter dated 15.03.2016, dispatched by speed post to the counsel for the petitioner, intimating him about the pendency of this case. Despite the same, none had appeared for the petitioner. Same is the position even today.
