JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the respondents states on instructions that during the pendency of the present petition, an order dated 05.09.2011 was passed, whereunder the petitioner alongwith several other officers were promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspector. He hands over a copy of the order dated 05.09.2011, wherein the name of the petitioner features at Sr.No.3.
