ORDER
1. The matter is taken up today as 14.4.2016 was declared a holiday on account of birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
2. Though this suit was to be transferred to the concerned jurisdictional court, counsel for the plaintiffs states that he has instructions not to pursue the suit as the subject matter of the suit has been settled with the defendant and the suit is therefore to be withdrawn. Counsel for the plaintiffs has filed on record copy of the letter dated 6.4.2016 issued by the plaintiffs to him.
3. Suit is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and the same is disposed of on account of settlement between the parties.
