18.04.2016 The matters are taken up today as 14.04.2016 was declared a holiday on account of birthday ofDr. B.R. Ambedkar.
All these Public Interest Petitions have been filed with a common prayer to stop/remove illegal and unauthorized constructions. While
W.P.(C) No.1675/2016 has been filed alleging unauthorized construction at
H.NO.1019/A, Ward No.7, Mehrauli, W.P.(C) No.1691/2016 has been filed alleging unauthorized construction at H.No.895A, Ward No.8, Mehrauli. So far as W.P.(C) No.1692/2016 is concerned, the allegation is regarding
H.No.334, Ward No.4, Mehrauli.
Pursuant to our earlier order dated 26.02.2016, the Executive
Engineer of South Delhi Municipal Corporation filed status reports in all the three writ petitions stating that action has already been taken for demolition of the unauthorized constructions and the properties in question have been sealed.

Hence, it is not necessary to keep the petitions pending any longer.
Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of.
