JUDGMENT

1. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the respondents was directed to produce the confidential report in respect of the petitioner which is one of the considerations that have weighed in passing the impugned transfer order dated 30.3.2016. The said records have been produced and we have perused them.

2. In the course of arguments, counsel for the petitioner states, on instructions, that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
