ORDER

2. Both the parties have undertaken that they shall abide by the terms of the settlement and ensure full working out of terms and conditions set out therein. A prayer is made before us that these appeals be disposed of on the terms ofthe Settlement Agreement dated April, 2016 (Exh.C-I).

3. The Settlement Agreement dated 22"^ April, 2016 reflects the efforts put in by Mrs.Veena Ralli and Mr.Rajiv Aggarwal, Mediators at the SAMADHAN - Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for dispute resolution. The disputes between the parties were not only difficult but both the parties appeared to have taken hard positions while the litigations between then had been pending in different courts. The Settlement Agreement also reflects the sensitivity with which the matter has been dealt with by the Mediators. The parties as well their respective counsel have also expressed extreme satisfaction and appreciation for the efforts made by the Mediators and the manner in which the matter has been dealt with by them.

4. We also place on record our appreciation for the tremendous work undertaken by the Mediators in this case

5. In view ofthe above, we direct as follows

(i) The Settlement Agreement dated 22"^^ April, 2016 (Exh.C-I) is accepted and taken on record.

(ii) The undertakings given by the parties in their respective statements are also accepted and the parties shall remain bound by the terms thereof Parties shall ensure compliance with the terms ofthe agreement. MAT.APP. (F.C.) Nos.13/2016 & 14/2015 page 2 of[3] (• r r

(iii) The present appeals as well as all pending applications are disposed ofin terms ofthe settlement (Exh.C-I).
