ORDER
1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 634/2015 registered under Sections 406/498A/354/509/506/34 IPG at PS Hazarat Nizamuddin. Status report is on record. BAILAPPLN. 2413/2015&connectedmatter page1of[2] 2016:DHC:8218
2. Matter could not be resolved before the Mediation Centre.
3. During the course of arguments, petitioners' counsel, on instructions, offered to pay ?7 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment towards dowry articles. On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant ofanticipatory bail.
4. By an order dated 05.11.2015, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Indisputably, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioners' offer to pay ?7 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment, they are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of?50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. The petitioners shall pay ?7 lacs to complainant within two weeks through Investigating Officer by way of Demand Draft. This payment shall be without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any).
