1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIRNo.357/2015 registered under Sections 452/323/34 IPG at PS Pul Prahlad Pur. Status report not filed.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor informed that the nature of injuries sustained bythevictims is simple. Trial Court order dated 02.04.2016 also records it. A quarrel had taken place on a trivialissue. Theparties areacquainted witheachother. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners aregranted anticipatory bail and inthe event of arrest, they be releasedon furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.
