JUDGMENT

1. By the present appeals the appellants seek to impugn the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 09.09.2015 in W.P.(C)6591/2014 and W.P.(C)2903/2014. The Writ Petitions of the appellants were disposed off by the learned Single Judge alongwith W.P.(C)893/2015 titled Jagan Nath Sharma & Anr. vs. Government of NCT of Delhi & Ors. and W.P.(C)3518/2014 Shri Ram Daras and Ors. vs. Government of NCT of Delhi and Ors. 2016:DHC:3375-DB LPA 149/2016 & 154/2016

2. The petitioners in W.P.(C) No.893/2015 and 3518/2014 had also impugned the said judgment dated 9.9.2015 in LPA No.879/2015 and 867/2015 respectively. This Court vide judgment dated 26.4.2016 dismissed the said appeals being LPA No.879/2015 and 867/2015.

3. As the present appeals also seek to challenge the same order which has been upheld by the Court in the said judgment dated 26.4.2016, the present appeals are also dismissed.
