JUDGMENT

1. The petitioners have filed the present petition praying inter alia for issuing directions to the respondent No.1, Ministry of Home Affairs and respondent No.2, Sashastra Seema Bal to decide their pending representations dated 04.01.2016, 16.02.2016 and 16.04.2016 in a time bound manner.

2. Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance copy, assures the Court that the aforesaid representations shall be considered and decided within four weeks.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of with directions issued to the respondents to consider the petitioners’ pending representations dated 2016:DHC:3193-DB WP(C) 3443/2016 04.01.2016, 16.02.2016 and 16.04.2016 within six weeks from today, under written intimation to the petitioners. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision that may be taken, they shall be entitled to seek their remedies in accordance with law.
