06.05.2016 In pursuance to the last order, learned counsel for the EOW has handed over a status report. Thesame is taken on record.
From the said report, it transpires that four FIRs have already been registered and in some ofthe FIRs charge-sheets have even been filed. It is further stated that the accused builders are in judicial custody.
Since FIRs have already been registered and investigation against the banlc officials is pending, this Court is of the view that no further orders are called for in the present writ petitions.
Accordingly, the present writ petitions are closed. However, petitioners are given libeity to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
