1. This is a completely misconceived petition as for the same relief as is sought in the petition, the petitioner is already before the Armed Forces Tribunal[1].

2. Mr. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, submits that the matter is in fact listed before the AFT tomorrow at

2.15 p.m.

3. We cannot believe that the petitioner was unaware of the listing “the AFT”, hereinafter W.P.(C) 5212/2025 of the matter before the AFT tomorrow. We do not wish to make any further comment in the matter.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. We refrain from awarding costs.
