ORDER
1. By way of these applications petitioners are seeking permission to withdraw these revision petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions for challenging the impugned orders dated 22*"^ January, 2016 and 24"" February, 2016 by incorporating subsequent events,
2. Heard.
3. Considering that these revision petitions have been filed impugning the order dated 22"^ January, 2016 any subsequent development cannot be made a ground to withdraw the revision petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions for challenging the impugned order. Hence petitioners cannot be permitted to withdraw the revision petitions with the liberty as prayed.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these revision petitions without granting any liberty asprayed for intheapplication.
5. These applications are allowed and the next date of hearing i.e. August, 2016 fixed in these matters stand cancelled.
