ORDER
1. Vide this common order, I shall dispose of three bail applications bearing No.225/2016, 238/2016 and 249/2016 u/s 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR 915/2015 u/s 2016:DHC:8250 323/354B/509/34 IPG registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar, Delhi. Since all the three bail applications are arising out of the same FIR, they are taken up together.

FIR in the instant case was registered on the basis of a complaint made by the complainant Ms. Chanchal alleging therein that on 4"^ September, 2015, she had gone to the office of DCP, CAW Cell, East District, Delhi along with her mother and brother to attend the proceedings. When the complainant and her family members eame out from CAW Cell, her husband namely Ajay Kumar began to abuse and pushed down the complainant. Ravi Kant((ievar) and Kanwarpal (nandoi) torn her clothes and molested her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present FIR is a counter blast to the FIR No. 914/2015 u/s 323/341/354/354B/509/34 IPG registered against the father and brothers of the complainant at the instance of petitioners' side. The PGR call was also made by the petitioners first, thereafter as counter blast, the complainant got this FIR registered. He further submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are still ready and willing to join the same.
4. The application is opposed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State on the ground that there are allegations of molestation of the complainant which are grave and serious in nature. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled to the relief as claimed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances which reflect that some incident did take place outside the CAW Cell which resulted in registration of cross FIRs firstly by the petitioners' side and thereafter by the 'G complainant; the petitioners have already joined investigation, it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:-
(i) Petitioners be admitted to bail on their executing personal bond in the sum ofRs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety eaeh in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO.
(ii) They shall join the investigation as and when called for by the 1.0.
(iii) They shall furnish their address as well as contaet numbers to the
(iv) They shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness.
