JUDGMENT

1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 221/2025 & CM APPL. 36233/2025

2. This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court- 02, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Family Court’) in GP No. 29/2019, titled Jaspreet Singh v. Swaneet Kukreja, whereby, after interacting with the minor child, the applications filed by the appellant have been listed for arguments on 06.06.2025.

3. The appeal is clearly not maintainable against such an Order.

4. In any case, as the applications are now listed before the learned Family Court on 06.06.2025, we do not, even otherwise, deem it proper to entertain the present appeal. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 221/2025

5. The appeal along with the pending application is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. Needless to state, we have not gone into the merit of the contentions raised by the appellant. It shall always be open to the appellant to avail of the appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
