JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has remained on the regular board since 11th March, 2016. Though the same was taken up for hearing on the several dates, i.e.,16.3.2016,28.3.2016,07.4.2016,08.4.2016,25.4.2016,26.4.2016, but none had appeared for the petitioner. Even today, none appears for the petitioner.
