JUDGMENT

1. The present case has remained on the regular board since 11.3.2016. Initially, none had appeared for the petitioner. Subsequently, on 28.3.2016, Mr. Girish Pandey, Advocate had appeared for the petitioner and stated that he would be filing his power of attorney during the course of the day. The said power of attorney has not been filed till date nor has the counsel for the petitioner been appearing after 28.3.2016.

2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J SUNIL GAUR, J MAY 12, 2016
