1. This is a joint application (I.A. No.6481/2016) filed by the parties under Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) in this suit for specific performance. Application is signed by the parties as also their counsel. Application is supported by the affidavits of all the parties. In terms of the agreement, defendants will sell the suit property to the plaintiff after getting the necessary lease deed executed in favour of the defendants from DDA.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Suit is decreed as per CS(OS) No.ll 77/2011 page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:8460 the terms stated in the present application.
