ORDER
1. In light ofthe decision ofthis Court dated 20"^ October 2015 in CUSAA 19/2015 (Anjani Technoplast Ltd. v. The Commissioner ofCustoms) and the decision dated 10^ May, 2016 in W.P(C) 92112^15 (Rajdhani Flora iSi InfrastructureDevelopers Pvt. Ltd. v. Union ofIndia), the questions raised in these petitions concerning the interpretation ofSection 35 Fofthe Central Excise Act 1944 as amended with effect from 6th August 2014 already stand answered against the Petitioners. Therefore, the Court declines to entertain theprayers inthese petitions.
2. The petitions and the pending applications are dismissed.
