(1) The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1385/15 under Sections 354A/509/427/34 IPG and Section 12 POCSO Act BailAppl.576/16 &577/16 Page[1] of[2] 2016:DHC:8251 registered at Police Station Neb Sarai. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 03.05.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have sincejoined the investigation. It is relevant to note that W.P.(Crl.) 414/16 has been filed by the parties for quashing of the FIR as the matter has been settled. Father of the proseeutrix is present in court. I have inquired from him if the matter has been settled with the petitioners. He has informed that the matter has been settled with the petitioners without any fear or pressure and he has no objection to the grant of bail. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the ease, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^40,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
