Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Learned counsel for the respondent-GNCTD who appears on advance notice states that he has been instructed by the Department to state that the impugned order has been withdrawn. The statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-GNCTD is accepted by
2016:DHC:8930 this Court and the respondent is held bound by the same.
In view of the withdrawal of impugned order dated 23 March, 2016, the present writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
