; has no objection for the said appointment on behalf of the Ajmy Purchase

Organization. Thus, it is directed that the respondents will appoint the
Arbitrator in; the above said matters within six weeks from today. Both
; petitions are accordingly disposed of. Liberty is granted to,the petitioner to
I revive the petitions if the Arbitrator is not appointment within the stipulated period.
