JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Puneet Yadav, learned SPC petitioner appearing for the respondents, is agreeable to a disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of eight weeks from today.

2. Needless to say, should the petitioner be continuing to remain aggrieved by the outcome, his right in law shall remain reserved.

3. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

4. At Ms. Lamba’s request, we deem it appropriate to allow the petitioner an audience with the respondent on a date which would be W.P.(C) 7995/2025 communicated by the respondent to the e-mail ID of Ms. Lamba, learned Counsel for the petitioner so as to make an oral representation.
