JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has been listed by the Registry, subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability and with an observation that the petitioners should have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief against the respondents/National Informatics Centre.

2. Counsel for the petitioners concedes that NIC is a part of the list of Departments/Public Sector Undertakings governed by the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, as displayed on the website of the Central Administrative Tribunal.

3. In these circumstances, this Court declines to entertain the present petition. The same is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, for appropriate relief. HIMA KOHLI, J MAY 26, 2016
