26.05.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in the aforesaid two suits in a single mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation
Centre. The common settlement agreement dated 09.05.2016 is placed on record. The original is placed on record of CS(OS) No.692/2015, whereas
2016:DHC:8597 Io the copy has been placed on record ofCS(OS) No.694/2015.
The original settlement agreement signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record.
The terms ofthe settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. The parties shall remain bound by the terms ofthe settlement.
The suit stands disposed in terms of the settlement. Since the suit has been settled in mediation, the plaintiffshall be entitled to refund ofthe entire court fee in both the suits.
