2016:DHC:8597 Io the copy has been placed on record ofCS(OS) No.694/2015.
The original settlement agreement signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record.
The terms ofthe settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. The parties shall remain bound by the terms ofthe settlement.
The suit stands disposed in terms of the settlement. Since the suit has been settled in mediation, the plaintiffshall be entitled to refund ofthe entire court fee in both the suits.
