JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been listed by the registry subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability and with an observation that the petitioner ought to have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal for relief against the respondent No.1/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs and respondent No.2 /Ministry of Personnel Public Grievance and Pension, Govt. of India.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
