JUDGMENT

1. This case is being taken up today as the cases of 07.07.2016 were taken up on 08.07.2016, since 07.07.2016 was declared a holiday on account of Idu’l Fitr.

2. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that his client has not been able to obtain the documents, in terms of the order dated 1.9.2014. He states that instead of pressing the present petition, the Decree Holder may be permitted to withdraw the same and thereafter take steps to gather the relevant information, with liberty to file a fresh execution petition subsequently.
