1. Case received on transfer.

2. None has appeared on behalfofthe complainant. It is informed that various complaints have been lodged againstthe complainant and he has been arrested.

3. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.86/2016 registered under Sections 420/34 IPC at PS Inderpuri. Status report is on record. BAIL APPLN.1237/2016& connected matter page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:8261

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Vide orders dated 10.06.2016,the petitioners were granted interim protection. Undisputedly, the petitioners havejoined the investigation since then. Status report reveals that the complainant was aware about mortgage of the property against CC limit on 18.11.2010. Complainant was introducer to the current account bearing No.513201010100266 of M/s. Arsh Building Material & Suppliers, proprietor of which was accused Prem Singh. Statement of account reflects that payment of ?1.[6] lacs was transferred from the said account to the account of M/s. Dee Arr Impex,the proprietor ofwhich was Mrs.Ruchi Malhotra.

5. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has no objection to the grant ofanticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event ofarrest,they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.
