JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the parties have been able to arrive at an out of court settlement in terms whereof the judgment and decree dated 13.5.2013 stands satisfied. She therefore seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.
