Sincepartiesarelivinginthesamecolonytheyhavesettledthematter amicably vide settlement dated 19® November,2015 in order to mamtam harmoniousrelation infuture. Partiestothe above writpetitions,whoare involved in aforesaid FIRs,submitthat both the FIRs may be quashed m view ofthesettlementarrived atbetweenthem.
^ Keepinginmindtheabovefactsandfurtherthatquarrelhadensued on some trivial matter wherein both the parties sustained injuries and now theywanttomaintainharmoniousrelationinfuture,intheinterestofjustice, FIR 570/15 under Sections 308/323/324/34 IPC and FIR 571/15 under
Sections308/323/34IPC bothregistered atpolice station Sabzi Mandiand the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to however,costof^10,000/-to be deposited byeach ofthe petitionersofthe above writ petitions with the Delhi High CourtLegal Services Committee withinfourweeks. ReceiptsbeproducedbeforetheInvestigatingOfficer.
Boththe writpetitionsare disposed ofinthe aboveterms.
