W.P.tCRLl 2050/2016 This petition has been preferred to seek a direction to the respondents
No.l & 2 to initiate legal proceedings against respondents No.3 to 7.
Respondents No.3 to 5 are police officials, whereas respondents No.6 & 7 are private respondents. The petitioner has not yet approached the
Magistrate with the complaint and straightway the petitioner has come to
2016:DHC:9119 this Court. So far as this reliefis concerned,I am not inclined to grant the same as the petition appears to be premature regarding the said relief.
The second reliefprayed for by the petitioner is to seek a direction to the respondents No.l &2to return the tent goods ofthe petitioner. Learned counsel submits thatthe said goods are lying in the Police Station-Karawal
Nagar.
Learned ASC,on instructions from ASI Harbir Singh Kundu, states that some tent goods and materials are lying in the police station since case under Section 448IPG has been registered againstthe petitioner.
It shall be open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court dealing with the said case to seek release ofthe goods.
The petition stands disposed ofin the aforesaid terms.
