Other persons also joined them and hit them. Their car numbers were notedas DL 9CAK1213, DL 5CK4739, DL 2CAP 2492 and oneblackbulletbike. Counsel forthepetitionerssubnntsthatvehicleshave en produced dunng the investigations. Learned APP submits that the petitionerswerenotknowntothe complainantand theinjured, inasmuchas their TIP is yet to be conducted.
