JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff states that the parties have arrived at a settlement, whereunder the plaintiff has received a sum of Rs.39,15,419/-. He, therefore, states that he does not wish to pursue the present suit any further.
2. Counsel for the defendant confirms having paid the aforesaid amount to the plaintiff.
