JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 6.5.2016 that none has been appearing for the petitioner since 15.2.2016. None is present on behalf of the petitioner even today.
2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution, along with the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J JULY 25, 2016 ap
