The learned counsel for the appellants states that the parties have arrived at a settlement. The settlement has been recorded in a settlement deed made on 03.06.2016,a copy ofwhich has been handed over to us and which we are taking on record.
As per the learned counsel, in view of the settlement deed, nothing further survives in the appeal and the appeal be disposed ofin terms ofthe settlement arrived at between the parties. Mr Sanjay Mathur, who is the Senior General Manager of the respondent company,is present in court and confirms thatthe settlement has been arrived at and there is nothing due and owing from the appellants to the respondent and all disputes have been settled.
In view ofthe foregoing,the appeal stands disposed ofin terms ofthe settlement arrived at between the parties.
