29.07.2016 \ It IS submitted that matter has been settled before the mediation centre for?22Lakhs,inasmuch as,^3,50,000/- has already been paid to complainant.
SI Rajender Prasad PS Maya Puri is present in Court and submits that complainant has admitted having received?3,50,000/- vide demand draft.
Keeping in mind the above facts, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners beredeemed on bail,subjectto his furnishing apersonalbond in the sum of?25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)each with one surety y of like amount each to the satisfaction of Investigation Officer/Arresting
Officer/SHO concerned. Petitioners shall, however, co-operate in the investigations and appear before Investigation Officer as and when required to do so. Bail application is disposed ofin the aboveterms. am:
