JUDGMENT

1. The present case has been forwarded by the learned Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 17.05.2016 that none has been appearing for the plaintiff on several dates and none was present to crossexamine DW-1.

2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that none has been appearing for the plaintiff after 10.11.2014. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. HIMA KOHLI, J JULY 29, 2016 rkb
