JUDGMENT

1. On the last date of hearing, none was present for the Decree Holder. As a result, counsel for the Judgment Debtors was requested to give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the counsel for the Decree Holder and produce the proof of intimation.

2. Ms. Ahlawat, learned counsel for the Judgment Debtors states that a letter dated 25.7.2016 was dispatched to the counsel for the Decree Holder as also the Decree Holder through courier on 25.7.2016. She hands over a copy of the said letter with the proof of dispatch, which is taken on record. Despite the same, none is present for the Decree Holder.

3. It may be noted that on 18.7.2016, counsel for the Judgment Debtor had stated that the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2013, execution whereof has been prayed for in the present petition, has been complied with and the Judgment Debtor No.2 has issued a Circular dated 4.4.2016, notifying inter alia that the students of the Decree Holder institute have been 2016:DHC:5361 Ex.P.No.415/2014 allowed student concessional all route pass facility.

4. As it is submitted that the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2013 stands satisfied, nothing further survives in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of. HIMA KOHLI, J JULY 29, 2016 sk
