JUDGMENT
(ORAL)

1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 251/2025 of PS Sarita Vihar for the offence under Section 20/29 NDPS on the ground of illness of his wife. Learned APP accepts notice and in all fairness submits after consulting the IO SI Ajeet Singh that wife of the accused/applicant is scheduled to undergo surgery today itself. That being so, learned APP fairly does not oppose this application.

2. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Magistrate/the Duty Magistrate for a period of 15 BAIL APPLICATION No. 2211/2025 pages days. It is specifically directed that on 29.06.2025, the accused/applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

3. Keeping in mind that surgery of the wife of the accused/applicant is scheduled today itself, copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the concerned Jail Superintendent to be conveyed to the accused/applicant and dasti copy of this order under signature of Court Master be handed over to the counsel for accused/applicant.
