CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI O R D E R 11.08.2016
JUDGMENT

1. Ex parte evidence of the petitioners stands concluded. On 15.1.2016, counsel for the petitioners had stated that she wished to file an additional affidavit and at her request, the case was adjourned to 27.4.2016, on which date further time was sought by the counsel for the petitioners to file the additional affidavit. However, the additional affidavit has not been filed till date, nor is the counsel for the petitioners present.

2. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, along with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J AUGUST 11, 2016 sk
