. 22.08.2016 Present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience ofthe order dated 29^'' April, 2016 whereby respondents agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1.50 crores in full and final settlement. The fiist installment of Rs.lO lacs was to be paid in July, 2016 and the second installment ofRs.10 lacs is to be paid in August, 2016.
Respondents were also directed to file the affidavits ofundertaking with regard tothe terms ofsettlement within one week.
In the present petitions, it has been aveiTed that respondents have neither filed the undertakings nor paid the first installment in accordance with the aforesaid order.
However, learned counsel for respondents, who appears on advance notice, states that the undertakings have been filed today in O.M.P. (Comm.)
Nos.102, 103, 104 and 155 of2016. She has also handed over the following two banker's cheques for Rs.lO lacs each to learned counsel for petitioner:-
