17.08.2016 Since the Supreme Court has granted Special Leave Petition and stayed the operation ofthe order out of which present contempt proceedings arise, the present contempt petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petitions after the Supreme Court disposes of SLP filed by the respondents or vacates or modifies the interim order.
With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petitions stand dismissed.
