JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that the parties have been able to arrive at an out of court settlement in terms whereof, the decree stands satisfied. The Decree Holder prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

2. Counsel for the Judgment Debtor No.1 states that the Judgment Debtor No.1 had deposited the title deeds of premises bearing No.R-260, Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi in the court and now that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, the said title deeds may be returned to her.

3. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that he does not have any objection to the said request.

4. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the Execution Petition is disposed of in view of the submission made by the counsel for the Decree Holder that the decree stands satisfied. EX.P. 13/2016 2016:DHC:5935

5. Counsel for the Judgment Debtor No.1 shall approach the Registry for release of the original title deeds of premises bearing No.R-260, Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi, after filing a copy thereof for the record.
