Technology Development Board v. M/S ACME METAL POWDER (P) LTD. & ORS

1. Vide order dated 11.5.2016, fresh bailable warrants were issued against the Judgment Debtors. However, service report is awaited.

2. On perusing the memo of parties, it transpires that all the Judgment Debtors reside/are based in Pondicherry.

3. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that the present petition may be transferred to the competent court at Pondicherry for execution of the judgment and decree dated 20.10.2005, as all the movable/immovable properties attachment whereof is prayed for, are situated in Pondicherry.

4. The Registry is directed to issue a transfer certificate in favour of the Decree Holder for it to present its case before the appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction, for further proceedings.

5. List before the competent court at Pondicherry on 18th October, 2016. HIMA KOHLI, J AUGUST 26, 2016
