1. None has been appearing for the petitioner in the present petition after 14.5.2015.

2. On 22.7.2015, the Joint Registrar had recorded that the case was listed for recording the petitioner’s ex parte evidence, but neither was the petitioner represented, nor was an affidavit by way of evidence filed by him. The position remained the same on 24.11.2015, 28.4.2016, 15.7.2016 and 6.9.2016.
